Yoko Sasakura (笹倉 葉子, Sasakura Yōko) is the best friend of Itoko Osakabe who works as an art teacher at Yagami High School.

Yoko makes a debut in Chapter 10 page 7 before collecting sketches from Tenma Tsukamoto and co.
During 2nd year of winter break, she is seen in a car with Itoko Osakabe who is about to return to her apartment.

- The name Yoko means "leaf" (葉) (yo) and "child" (子) (ko).
- Yoko is an alternate transcription of the Japanese name YOUKO.
- Yoko's surname Sasakura means "bamboo grass" (笹) (sasa) and "warehouse" (倉) (kura).
